Guess I should post here after asking for help.

 

Just driven the 3000km from Pärnu Estonia to LIverpool, UK with an 1999 1.4 44kw/60hp Eastern European spec Polo 6KV. No airbags, no power steering, no ABS, no extras, just fun.

Owned by an older gentlemen before me, he looked after it and tried to stop the rust from happening (as is usual in Estonia) so everything mostly works. The only real issue I had is the heater core leaks so I had to bypass it, but I got a 12v heater that helped it not fog up.

 

Sadly, someone overtook me while I was making a right turn and has caused some damage to the front end but no matter, I'll fix her up!
