Sorry to nudge in the conversation here mate but I've got a colour concept aswel and I've just got a few questions to ask mate. if anyone else has got an opinion i would really appreciate it.

I've got a black and red colour concept 1.4tdi. love it to bits. managed to get a hold of a few extra's on the cheap (6 disc changer etc) as well as i work for a volkswagen dealership in fife. I'm just needing a wee bit advice regarding lowering the car etc. I'm intrested I'm not quite sure how much to let it dwn. your car is sitting really nice and i kind of looking for the same look. also wanting to put a roof spoiler on it aswel. did you go the genuine vw spoiler or aftermarket. if you could let me know i would really appreicate it mate. I've had the car for 6 months now and your the first colour concept owner I've came across. i'll pop a few pics up so you can have a looks

ssshhhh....dont tell people there is another one!! I kinda hav this on standing joke with my mates that mine is the only one ever lol....i live in denial.....I'm liking yours I want a TDI as I do alot of miles.

The spoiler is a votex one, which i think is a genuine one...well it came in a Vw box.

As for lowering I actually bought it like that, its only on some springs, wanting coilovers soon so I can lower the front as it is WAY to high! A few people hav guessed the height but I dont actually know for sure.

As you work for Vw do you know if you can still get hold of some of the oem parts for em?

Haha i'm in the same boat as you! i get pretty paranoid about every polo i pass but i haven't seen on as of yet. yeah the tdi is great for getting to work and bk! its only a 3 cylinder tdi so cheap as chips for motorway driving. I've got a mk3 polo gt i use for a bit fun aswel.

perfect i'll look into that. I've gt a body shop at my work aswel so i could get it painted and fitted easily enough bt never knew wheather to go genuine or not.

i could certainly look into to that mate! I'm pretty sure they should still be available. if not theres always a way to get a hold of obsolete parts.

is that xenon headlights youve got on urs now. I've been on the hunt for them aswel.

what colour you got big k? still not seen a blue one either.

think i'll lower it 35-40mm. my GT is slammed 70mm. i cant have them both like tht. i'd give be in a wheel chair soon enough with back problems. i need to be practical so tht should do. spoiler is my priority at the moment tho! I've put a gti grills on it and changed a few interior trims etc just bits and bobs here and there. just building up!

Xenon replacement headlight bulbs. changed number plates with the motorcycle didgets. Thought about German plates bt have recently been handed a fine from the dobbers in black when i put them on my Mk3 GT. so i'll leave them for a while yet. (C&%NTS)

Interior Styling: Limited edition Colour concept interior. Flash red and black combination. Front Heated Recaro Leather bucket seats. Full leather seats with leather door cards. Electric Sunroof. New interior trims, bottons etc.

ICE and Security: Volkswagen gamma cassette player with recently added volkswagen 6 disc cd changer located beneath casstte player. intergrated parrot bluetooth handsfree kit and also have tom tom one v3 in car. Standard central locking in car. hopefully purchasing alarm system in near future.

Comments: Not had the car long so only changed bits of trims etc. recently had a full service done with a timing belt change aswel so not my money is just going to looks. any ideas for me would be great.
