I would have thought so to but they aren't!

My local scrappy mostly deals in old cars and sells all the modern cars on ebay or fixes them up. So usually can't steal parts out of them.

They have a mk7 in at the moment!

Cool, i saw on mk7 wreck on ebay for £1700, didnt look too bad especially for that money, i drove a lupo and it had my dash in it, is yours completely different from the 6n2 or on slightly?

The bottom half is different. Where you have the coin tray and glovebox I have just a tray to put stuff on. goes right through the centre console aswell so you can't really put naything in it cause it just rolls about the whole car.

Only thing I dont like about the Lupo is the lack of interior storage space! Doesn't have proper door pockets either, just these net things you can't really put anything in (2 CD, thats it).

oh rite thats a bit strange, my mk4 was like that with the tray instead of the glove box, but my glove box was on the drivers side, was quite gd havin 1 there, should be 2 reli

UPDATE -

Just fitted my Gti Splitter(courtesy of my girlfriend for my birthday) and just got the car back from having its windows tinted. Here's the only pic I have for the moment -

I'll get another one up when I've given it a clean

Not sure on the rear window tint.... looks too dark for my liking. The splitter makes such a massive difference

yea looks reli dark there but its not that bad....jus my phone camera (i think) plan on getting the fronts done slightly so wont be that bad of a transition

EDIT: forgot to add we took the mud flaps off too

yeah 'we' fitted the splitter, took fookin ages because we wern't sure of how to unclip the old one, got it in the end though with a chisel lol.

mudflaps look sooo much better off, specially on the back wheels..

unfortunately the phone does not vouch for the tints, they look 100 times better in real life, will look much better though when the fronts are done.
