Hi guys i just saw these from ebay, can anyone tell me if the small numbers on the speedometre are the KM ? because they are not so clear..and would they read up to 200km?

yeh the small numbers are KM/H...looks like they go up to 220KM/H

i dont mean to hijack you are thread but I've posted a thread askin a similar question i would love some help. mine are exactly the same too it goes up to 120mph and revs at 6,000 where can i get white dials? if any one can help us please do!! sorry ron912

u cant... if yours are the pre'LED lit ones you can make templates yurself.

i wish i could do that mate, i am from malta and it seems that they do not ship those dials to malta + that they do not take online orders, i think i ll have to keep mine as they are since mine is a late 99 model and i cant make a template myself as they are with leds, by the way sp33dy69 its not a problem we 're here to help each other mate!!

i think those from 2modified will fit the 6n 120mph, i sent them an e-mail to check about them , i will let you know about the reply

you are talking about the dials in this picture right? as these are those which go up to 120mph, i think the layout is different but as long as they are the same size they will fit , that's what i think. The problem remains if they will be backlit and light the numbers only not the whole background as mine is a late model with the backlit leds

my dash looks EXACTLY the same layout (led light from bk) as the 1 in at the top of the picture but the only difference is that it revs to 6,000 rpm and shows upto 120mph on the clock! i think urs are the same as mine! ill give the guys at 2 modified a call and let you know ron912

I've got some excellent news for you ron and for anyone else in the same situation as us 2modified will be doing the dials that we want so id suggest getting you are name on the list QUICK before they all run out! lol problem solved thanx to 2 modified

hey guys what happened to those white dials?? have 2 modified gone out of business or something, i think that we will have to forget about the white dials am i right??

I was on that list to get 8v Mk4 6n 120mph white dials but it seems the 2modified board on here has disappeared.

John from 2modified was going to get them developed by Lockwood and wanted 10 people on the list, at the end of last year there were 8 people on the list. These were going to be exclusive to 2modified and the first available anywhere.

I've PM'd John but have had no response as of yet.

P.S. look at the bottom of the larger dials I bet yours are not flat!

no infact mine are not flat, that's the problem with these dials + i do not know if light passes trough these since mine are backlit

They are lit from the back so are well illuminated (the speedo's that are all round late spec 97/98 onwards).

Early spec are front lit and are pony:

I just bought a spare set off eBay on a spare of the moment bid I should have checked my dials first my rev counter goes up to 6000rpm the set off eBay are 7000rpm! so annoying now I have to pay for them they are 120mp late spec Polo apparently but rev counter is the difference.

What company would be able to make sets up for will they be top notch like Lockwood? and what sort of money we looking at?
