Bought the car in October but haven't got round to doing anything so far as haven't passed drivin test but hopefuly will have this time tomorrow. Lookin at modifying in the usual way, pressed plates, debaged and rubstrips removed. Lowered around 40mm and borbet A alloys. Also lookin at getting clear indicators and side repeaters and hella L.E.D rear lights. In the way of body modifications I'm lookin at gettin a 16v rear bumper and dietrich smoothed front. Also thinking of badboying teh bonnet but not sure. Thanks for looking, comments welcome

sounds good, just if you are gunna de-badge it and de-rubstrip it, u should kno its pain in the arse, de-badgin it is easy all u gotta do is pour boilin water over the badges to warm up the glue (they're not pinned on) and they just pull away, just remove the rest of glue which is fairly easy. as 4 the rubstrips, do the same but they need bit more persuasion but mind u dont pull off the paint!! then u have to get rid of the glue which takes forever, i wished id never started doing it when i started but the result is definatley worth it. nice colour should luk good.

Nice base, bodywork looks mint!

I hate those metal mats though...

hi...when you say boiling water, do you mean as near to 100 degrees C as possible? I've been wanting to do this 4 ages but the paint came off when i tried it on the rear, the smaller one so left it. Is this the way forward?

Cheers.

i used the finest sand paper i could find, i used 800 on the metal, and then used maguires metal polish (fiver of ebay) applyd on by wire wool. iv now got the chrome affect on my 16v engine... works wonders and i didnt really spend much time on it...45 mins in all!?? people have there own ways of doing it, just use any fine abrasive u have. the harder you work the better it looks!

good luck

car lucks great btw! great 'stealth' look!

Sweet ride mate... what et did you get on the Artec Cups... 30 or 35??
