Recently i've noticed that my car wasor seemed to be pulling badly.The boost

pressure was dropping and since it's been 3 years since i have had my charger

serviced....i was fearing the worst.So i came home from work yesterday and

checked for a boost leak before i hauled the charger out and found a tiny pin hole

in the pipe at the back of my boost gauge.So i cut the pipe,re-joined it and fitted

a brand new air filter what a difference it's made.

Took the car out for a run through to Edinburgh and back this morning and WOW,the

car is boosting higher than i can remember and seems to be idling a lot better too.

Got a few bits back from the powdercoater today...

Gave him a few other bits to be done and i'll post

some pics up next friday when i pick them up....

Got the radiator fan cover powdercoated last week and fitted it tonight.

The old one,as you can see was rusty as fook and need replacing....

...and today i fitted my old ATS PhoneDials,that i refurbished at work.

I got the guys in our paint store to mix me up some Subaru Aqua Blue

Metalic Silver and after some serious work,they went form this...

...to this.

na not done it yet going to get 250cc injectors, new chip, new isv and polish my tb before putting all together,

i will whip mine off and get it done ready for my new rad ,

aww looking at the first pics of your polo it has come along way to tha machine it is now. forgot you had a oil cooler!!

just noticed the white on the inside of the wheels, thats a nice touch proper pimpin.

Got a new expansion tank and cap yesterday...so i got home from

work sharpish and flushed all the old dirty water out of the cooling

system,replaced the old tank and filled her up....

Yeah it is Jake...theres a couple of brackets on the OMP strut

brace i've got so i just used one of them to hold my catch tank.

It does the job mate...i got the catch tank second hand and it

came witout a fixing bracket so that seemed the easiest place

to mount it.
