I've got a polo 1.4 16v (afh) engine

which I'm gonna put in a ordinary polo mk4

but i need a little help finding parts

I've started by finding cams pipex not brought yet if you got any other ideas

but i need to find a sports clutch and sports gearbox

look on the internet but no luck

also anyone got any tips to put in the engine i have started to even try yet
