seats are sweet as..............pretty sure i was guna buy this a while back wen i was lookin 4 a gt cant remeber y i didnt now 2 b honest think it was a little far away but very nice and clean keep her polished!

well....they use the existing ford runners so just a base fabricated from box section to fit in the mk3 runners and the pin at the front that the mk3 normally used to slide the seat just holds the base in position and the ford base bolted to it takes care of the slide
