Mk3 Aerial

Featured Replies

Hi guys

I am having a little bit of a special moment and hoping you could help.

How does the aerial work? I found the wire (little black one?) but how does it connect to the headunit? If anybody could put up a link to show what I need to buy...

Everytime I go looking for stuff all I find are adapters? Nothing to say how they fit/work??!!

Any help will be appreciated. I am using a Nak 35-z if that makes any difference.

Hi now I'm not sure if their are differant tipes for differant headunits but the thing you need looks like this but ask halfords or the person behind the countor (sp) first to see if it will fit.

They look like this

Oh yes you fit your areal lead at the flat end and the long stick thing goes into the back of your headunit.

Thanks Dan....

I thought it was that as I stole that piece off the back of an old stereo, but how does the aerial fit to it? Is it pushed on? Cut?

The long rod thing goes into e back of your head unit and you should just push your areal lead onto the adaptor.
