well the seats are going to be cobra buckets as its being a mainly track orientated car lol but the door flap idea i thought of honest :paranoid: its just the bending of the vinyl around the bends and contours i might struggle doing with vinyl  and i also thought of the innerwing area and struts but that would be bloody hard! might get teh spray gun out lol

EDIT: i dont think I've seen your bonnet i will have a search lol

will be really interested to see pics of this. i was toying with the idea of doing my fuel cap and door handles in black/grey chequers

Does a chequered past count? If not, what about undercrackers? :p

5mm? as in half a centremeter? jesus man you'll be there forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5inch squares on my coupe and covered the petrol flap completly ! now it looks wooden! nnnnniiiicccceeeee!! slammed it some more now aswell so lost the drag-race stance!!! have a mooch? (wouldnt go any smaller than 75mm/3" for the chequer tho personally)

My chessboard.

lol no i ment 50mm oops and what are undercrackers? and when you say no smaller than 3" uberfukz tahts what everyone has I'm special lol :retard:

Dashboard????????? What about your "tiger strip" your rims?

think the dash will be ott as its not having a dash lol and tiger stripe sounds funny but my wheels have been powder coated and I'm happy with them but i was thinking arb and rockercover?

checker the mirrors

I'm toying with the idea of having the big round cover for me air filter checkered...

yer the mirrirs sound like possibility well it would if i was going to run them lol

and i would get the cover chequered... think it would be something differant.

where can u buy chequered vinyl from? I'm ater some small cheqs if anyone has any ideas?

a place called stonexsigns do them to your requiremants thats where I'm gotting mine

yer think that woudl be PIMP! i wish i kept the mk3 to do all these things to it, unfortunatly money was tight

I did the petrol flap in 20mm squares....basically just used bits of electrical tape  As its a silver car i just used black! Looks fine i think :D

I cut mine on the vinyl plotter in school.

I'm planning to do a lot more chequering soon :p

All i used for mine was some chequered material (cloth) from Boyes or any other material place and cut it to shape, then used carpet adhesive to stick it to the plastic.

all in all cost me bout £8 for it all (bought 2sq meters of material and a tin of spray adhesive)

looks quite good until you get close but thats where the glue has soaked throught the white... also cos its cloth it will be awkward to clean :( didnt quite think it thru.
