I’ve got continental 165/45/15’s on my teledials, there is barely any stretch but the profile looks lower then a 45 to me.

Strange thing is, I’ve seen 165/50/15 Bridgestones on the same size teledials and there is a noticeable stretch.

I run 165/45' conti's on my teledials, there is a fare stretch, you sure your teledials aren't 6" wide??

even tho the conti's are 165 wide, they are more like 180mm across where as the bridgestone 165/50's are 165mm across hence more stretch.

as for the profile 45% of 165mm is low!

195/40/15's + 215/35/15's that's what i'm waiting for.......

205/35/14 would be nice too :-D

Yeah I am pretty sure they are 6" wide (Haven't measured them) my point was the Bridgestones appear to stretch more despite being bigger (on paper anyway!)

I’ll probably go for the bridgestones when these need replacing as they’re easy to get hold of (pretty cheap on mytyres too).

EDIT – Just out of interest, what size are yours? 7”s?

I really like the teledial style but there seems to be so many variations!

mine are 7's

conti stopped making the 165/45's a while back. hence so hard to get hold of.

Kumho do quite a few 15", for the smart car, 165/65 and 175 something. Sorry i cant remember, but anyway, they're supposed to be better than conti's.
