Drivers Door Trim Removal

I'm struggling to remove the door trim on a N9 2004 polo. I've bought one of those remote central locking kits from ebay and I need to gain access to the wiring on the drivers door. I've removed the 4 lower screws, then comes the tricky bit. I've noticed that there are 6 stud like clips holding the door on which I've pulled off, don't know if this was right because the dam things don't want to go back !!

Could someone help me !!!!

1. remove the door trim, is there any secret screws anywhere

2. How the hell do I get these clips back on to the door trim to keep the fit snug to the door.
