I have a 97 Vw Polo Mk4 its been lowered 40mm on standard suspension .

I have a set of black Porsche D90 waiting to go on but having a nitemare figuring out how wide to get the adapters . I have decided to get the 195 40 16 Toyo tyres so just need HELP on the adapters Please.

The D90 are 8" front & 9" rears

If anybody can help I'd be very greatfull .
