6n2 rear on 6n

Hi i was wondering if anybody might have fitted a 6n2 rear bumper onto a 6n polo as i want to flush my boot lid on my 6n polo and have the number plate sitting lower down on the bumper like a mark 5 polo? If so what is needed, do i need to replace the entire existing rear hatch or will the bumper go on with some modding?

Or would i be better off having some kind of recess made into my 16v bumper and relocating the illumination lights for the number plate as well.

OR can anyone recommend an after market ready made bumper similar to the original no chavvy crap that i can buy with a recess in it for a 6n??
