hey guys.

I'm currently in the process of changing the front inserts on my mates mk3. Trouble is i cant get them out! On every other polo I've done they've just pulled straight out of suspension leg but these just wont budge. The car has previously been loweverd but i cant make out whether the inserts have been replaced as well as the springs. There seems to be some kind of circlip holding them in there. Take a look at the pic below, do i need a special tool?

All advice appreciated
