looks ace! Are you taking the rivets back out? think they would look better in black or silver up against the blue paint! Show them off a bit :D

  • Author

no rivets are staying as they are sorry as knowing my luck I would spoil my new paint . haha

Haha it will still look awesome man, just thought the rivets would be an eye catching very motorsporty sort of look to it, just my 2 pence :)

Looks like you've done a cracking job on the paint work, nice one.

How come you aren't doing the inside of the car though and the wheel arches etc... ?

  • Author

they ahve been done in white if you look further up and the reason for this is if I ever want to change the colour in the future I dont have to paint in the car and under the bonnet and under the wheel arches so I dont have to strip the car and white looks good with anycolour in those areas and lots of rally cars either have white or black in these areas and i preferd the white option.

Top job .............. and looking good.

you and Dogwood are edging into the lead on getting your cars into competition before me !

No motivation at the moment and traveling with work alot.

Just bought a set of arches of "sooped up G" on here so need to get going again.

Keep up the good work ..................

Regards David

chhers guys.

out of interest how much is this shell worth as it is?

I know that a rally full group 4 escort shell in paint is worth between 10-12k. I know this isnt

in the same leauge in status and isnt no where near as much as an escort.

but how much is this worth with all the work done.

and by the way I'm not selling. lol

cant put a price on a labour of love  but seriously a have no idea
