Help with hiding wires in Polo MK4

I need to get new speaker wires into the doors of my MK4 as I'm going to mount a component set... Could anybody give me a quick walktrough on which covers I will need to remove? That would be very helpful :) Also, which covers do I have to remove to hide wires under the carpet from the front and from under the passengerseat, and how do I remove them? Help is greatly appreciated, as I very recently bought this car :)
