VW Polo 2003 speaker help!

hello

I've got a vw polo 2003 shape not sure what MK it is? i wanted to change the front door speakers does anyone know what size speakers i would need to take out the VW ones and replace them with better ones and also isit possible to take out the tweeter and replace it without drilling into the door pannel? if not does anyone else know a good place to mount a tweeter in the car? also I've noticed that there's speaker grills in the rear of the car are there actually any speakers in there or are they just for show? if so what is the size of the speaker i would need for the rear as well? and how do i open the cover on the front door without breaking anything?!
