Need Advice....

Bit of advice needed got myself a 1.3 GT engine the other day ready for my Mk2 Breadvan. Having the engine stripped, lighted, rebuilt and have a inlet manifold and CBR600 Carbs with standard jets ready for it.

As you know that Mk2 brakes are like playing Russian roulette with 5 bullets in the gun

So I need a little guidance on brakes and suspension either

I have heard Golf GTI master cylinder with braided hoses and a good brake fluid and keep the VW1 Callipers

Or GT conversion

Suspension

Either keep the suspension and get myself some lowering springs or GT or G40 Suspension
