there's a genuine MK2 GT badge on eBay at the moment (German Spec GT badge) Would suit it better than the MK3 badge in my opinion :)

thinking of losing the front badge.... just have an old skool one on the back stylee.....

Not sure if its a grill badge or not but it dont matter as it will be going on the back no matter what anyway.... oh and it will be white and chrome instead of red or black the only colours they come in..

Ok

Did a few bits today.

Changed the wheels back over to the castalletes.

And fitted one of the doors too.

cleaned up the engine bay, and refitted the airbox, alternator, and bonnet spring

ooo looking good kat, I just want to see it all finished :)

Still going strong

Cheers guys, alot harder than i thought it would be....... wanted to put the other door on too but discovered that I've lost one bolt and the pin for the middle door stay.....

Also found out that i have no idea where my door handles and all the locks and latches are..... oh dear!

Theres still things that i haven't put back on the car after spraying it, they must be in one of the garages somewhere though

Ok so got a bit more done sunday....

The alternator and radiator are back in the engine bay but the rad is not connected up yet.....

All the doors are on and the best bit...... i found all the door locks and handles yay!

But am missing a pin for that bit that keeps the doors open so need one of them... if anyone has one lying around feel free to pm me :)

AND what i didnt show you guys is what my mum and dad got me for christmas.....

So all i need to do now is get all the glass cleaned and tinited...... find a new front windscreen and clean all the mold off my seats and door cards....

Oh and of course get my roof lining back from the trimmers....

WOW this is coming along very nicely! nice work, give me a shout if you need a few bits as i still have bits left over from the breadvan i was breaking and stuff from the old coupe etc...
