Cheers people..makes sense to get new headlight casing first and see what bulbs i need for that?

Chrispy: Does that mean you have only replaced the dipped beam? (Going on what haris said). Because there are two seprate bulbs in H7 fitment, one for dipped and one for main?

Or am I just making shit up now.

Also where did you get your Fks from? Ebay?

Most after market head lights take H7 so you will want a H7 kit.

There is no need what so ever for the main beam to be running HID's.

How oftern do you use it?

And with your dipped ones being HID's the is so much more light.

But again i would not run them on standard lights.

I bought a set of H7 (6000k) for my Leon Cupra about 10 months back, and they cost me £70 delivered! You'd struggle to find anything cheaper for such a quality kit. They use Hella ballast packs too....

Probably even cheaper with the current exchange rate, they only took about a week to arrive too. They also do a bi-xenon kit for the H4 bulbs, so you get the main and dip in one bulb!

Just checked the prices now, £43 for a H7 kit and £18 for delivery...cheap as chips!

And what's the warranty like on those?

I found HIDs4u to be excellent, their kits are very high quality and mine was delivered within 2 days, as they're UK based.

Two year warranty too, including the bulbs.

Wouldn't use anyone else personally.

Fourteen Months no quibble warranty, and at that Price you can buy two kits!
