I'm into the U.S look so i like them. I'm pretty sure mk3 polo bras are the same as mk4 ones aswell.

The one on my red 16v above was off a mk3.

Lowered 80mm back and front, 15,s running 195/45/15. Marginal scrubbing when driven hard, how it should be.

they will fit on any mk4 i 'think' the mk3 ones are the same too but dont quote me on that

iv allway wounderd how they fix, and how safe they are i dont want some chav nicking it lol.

You won't have any chavs nicking it as they are held on with three to four straps. I'll try and get some of mine up.
