How have they built the arches and bumpers up?

Fiberglass i think lol

and yeah!! i got mine off saf with the 9's at the back lol

How did they smooth the fuel cap? Cut out the moulding and just smooth over?

minea are black and red now ;)

what does the amp do in rms ? and how many channels is it and how many ohms can it run at ?

iv been reading a lot about this at the mo, but what i dont get is how the hell do you open the cap is there a nak to it lol :lol:

do you know how much the guy your using would charge to smooth out a 16v front bumper. want the two long fin top vents gone from each side. bumpers are fresh wit no paint and i will be painting them my self.

Small solenoid is an option. Or a little clicker thing (dunno what its called :lol: ) which i know the mk7 has on, when you click it it opens and vice versa to shut.

you can get your finger in the edge of the cap only problem is when it's wet it can be a bit slippy then u use your key in the gap lol

just to smooth 2 vents and not paint i'd say around £40 ish

He used a bit of my front bumper for it lol.. then just gave it a little layer of filler

And i am lookin forward to seein this finished!!!

yeah i went round today looks fine few bits to do on it then should be in paint for friday then flat and polished for him to collect saturday

i'll be doing some work there friday with him so will have another look at it

thats mad id be suck at the petrol station all day and then scrach the paint wit my key :shock:

40ish sounds fair i think :paranoid: is that plastic welded?? that the lil vents right.
