Polo6n2G40 comes on here wanting to build something unique, only the be completely slated, told not to bother and generally was frowned upon.

Maybe this is because of the amount of "dreamers" there are on here

After the rebuild, the engine went it, run in started and now the car is moving - and i'd wager a guess at it moving a lot faster than most 'polo's on here.

Just to keep on topic - my name is Dave and I owned a G40 when i joined, funnily enough that G40 engine is now in the Mk5 polo GTI40 conversion this lad built after trading it in part ex against a Golf Rallye he owned at the time, in all honesty some people on here just dont have a clue and "stir" it up by being "keyboard warriors" - lol
