lol i got told to get a left handed screwdriver when i was an apprentice...i handed him a ractetdriver set to undo and told him to turn it to the left man i miss being an apprentice

snap-on box ... halfords tools! :) and a compressor and air tools!!! cant go wrong!

but an empty snap-on box costs like 700 squid. for a lot less you can get a box with tools with lifetime warranty

besides you can always get a snapon sticker from ebay

I'll think about snap-on when their warranty covers dropping your tools in inaccessible places, losing them and having them "borrowed".

i think you should also add a set of stubby spanners and set of obstruction (half moon) spanners in your kit as well

stubbys and the obstruction spanners have saved my ass more times than i remember

buy a snap-on hammer then you can beat the shit out of wherever it is you lost it or who ever it is that borrowed them :-D

I just blew my chirstmas bonus on loads of Halfords professional tools - I get them at trade!

halfords pro are quality tools lifetime warranty and fairly cheap too.

been using them in the trade for 8or so years only had a prob with 3/8 ratchet.

I was in there today having a look at their tools - I don't reallly know what to get myself! And I spotted they do even better ratchets, with 72 teeth or something "Halfords Proffesional eXtream" or something like that. Bulky rubberised handles too.

Anybody experienced those?
