GT Conversion Wiring Help

I put a GT engine into my Mk 2 saloon 12 months ago and all is well other than a problem with a relay clicking when it shouldn't, making the wipers come on(when they shouldn't) and making the car cut out.

I've bought some cables off ebay to connect the car upto Vag-com on the laptop, to see if that will tell me anything. Anyway after trying now for a couple of days, to get the car to connect wid the software, i've discovered that while i swapped the wires around in the multi plugs, for the GT loom to mate with the Mk2 loom, i seem to have got muddled somewhere and i've got the wires in the wrong places for the diagnostic plugs.

I seem to remember when i did the conversion there was something as in a "How to" guide, to aid with the wiring changes, but i've searched high and low today but i cannot find it anywhere.

Anyone know where it might be lurking or anyone with the said info, that could pass it on to me please. It was a diagram i think that i printed off.
