How long until it's finished now matey?

Na should be road worthy in the next couple of weeks, show worthy in the next couple of months and prolly will never be finished, thing is i do want to go all out on it with carbon fibre and a 20vt conversion and just take it beyond mental but then i think its not a car id keep forever unlike a mk 1 golf where id happily polish and chrome cos i know id never sell it...

POLO'S COMING HOME Bodyshop dropping it round tomorow night, apparently theres only a bit of mopping to do and its sorted! Getting excited now means i can get all the little bits out of my bedroom that I've been saving up to put on the car

Well its back home and safe, accidently kerbed the front nearside rim tho which wasnt great, but there radinox so lets see what we pay our moneys for, need to find out what to do next!

Got some pics, only managed to put the wing mirrors on, rims, and tail lights, white stuff everywhere and that wasnt cos i got excited its the dust from where its been mopped!

Apart from that its all gravy, pics to follow!

The rain held off today enough for me to fiddle around with the coilovers and get the rims on, got the stance exactly how i want it... LOW AS POSS, dont think i can get the front any lower, to 4 attempts to get it right to get it as low as possible but still able to turn the wheel!

The rears were easy as hell, just measured 2cm from the bottem thread up to the spigot ring on both sides and dropped her down! Need to sort camber and tracking out now cos its well out! :(

Managed to put my painted grill on today and some of the chrome goodies I've been saving.

I'm undecided on the bumper so nows a good time to offer me some moneys if you fancy yourself a freshly smoothed valver bumper!

Still got loads to do on the outside just little details and not to mention the interior to do :'(

defo needs a splitter on the front to look lower and match the lowness for the rest of the car. but preferred the dsp bumper though dude. too many smooth 16v bumpers around! you are car is sweet dude, stands out from the crowd as it is but u gotta be unique with the front bumper! great stuff though
