Loving what I've seen so far, looking great

I reckon you should have either a side exit like you said, or have a single 2'' like 'Dannyboi's'

looks top

dude if you need help with a install I've had some plans for mine with some fibreglass proppa tidy i will show you pics on msn

and as for exhaust defo thinking hidden but polished and just a lil glimps showin ftw !

or like mine would look smart as said

poundie stealth ftw imo!

i went to my mates garage (isc motorsport) and he said it would be expensive if i wanted a side exit as it was so low i would have to cut into the sill and a have abit of metal welded in , so i gave that one a miss , but as uve done evryother part with no expense spared then go for it would look rude ;)

definatly hidden....mines got a hidden one! you used to be able to just see the tip of it, it was polished and looked really good!! But i got a new centre section made and now its totally hidden....looks wicked as you cant see anything from behind....it'll look even better with 16v bumpers like yours....!

Nice 1 Dan, i thought ide pop back on here to se how it was progressing and I'm impressed your still sticing at this polo malarcy.

Looks alright bud.

P20, what's happened to your valver?

rolling in an S2000 now.

I'm thinking... side exit :D Is that what your thinking? lol!

pheww lol naa mate i was thinking of something completely different and something i have not seen done on a polo before and looks sweet on other cars that have done it

mate thats looks cool as fook

I'm thinking of having the exhaust come out the front bumper now  Hmmmmmmmm!

Thanks for the comments people's! See you at Ultimate Dubs :D:D:D

what about a centre exit exhaust Lupo Gti style ?

  • Author

I was thinking of cuting the centre bit of the bumper out n molding it to the polo bumper and doing that idea but it was a bit of a mish, dont wanna ruin the back too much bizzyness!

I'm going to look at getting a hidden exhaust but so you can see it... if that makes any sense at all!!!

what so the tip just poking out or so you can see the base of the box aswell ??

  • Author

So you can see the whole box, and i want the tailpipe like the way the standard valver pipe does, wraps round then goes down, and have it slightly poking out so you can just see the shinyness!

i know what you mean mate kinda like this

looks uber pimp

diesel style ftw , but that mk2 above looks cool anymore pics lol ?

dan, its been a long old ride for u n the polo, looking forwards to ud's to see it in the flesh !

  • Author

Aaaaah that mk 2 is uber pimp!

Not that style BUT got me thinking of it now, but 2 tailpipes, like the tdi stylee! :D

Its been too long Jason, ups downs etc... Hopefully itll be ready for UD :D

Wow just looked through all the thread and its an awesome car.

Cant wait to see this if your still going to ultimate dubs

  • Author

Defo going, got confirmation of getting inside the other day :D

ace, cant wait to see it!

ill be the one standing next to it all day, pointin at it and telling my missus its off clubpolo over and over again.

how about a side exit like you see on some of the evo's through the front bumber near the wheel

obviously this aint an evo...but you get the idea.

might be a bit loud though

i would say that you have enough little individual mods now to set you away from the crowd so if i were you i wouldn't do anything too silly with the exhaust as it may be a little too busy as you said just keep it clean and get a nice diesel stealth exhaust in stainless imo of course ;)
