oh just read through that thread and personally i dont think its that over priced for what hes listing. I've seen standard ones go for only about 2500 cheaper than this so personally id have it but then i think it was love at first sight for me as that is one gorgeous car

I'm not sure, i think 7k is about right for the spec, milage etc... BUT theres no reason why i cant get it cheaper!

Sooooooooo, i purchased my new car on Thursday, saw it wednesday night on Pistonheads, emailed the guy so i could come and have a lookie!

2 things wrong, had a stone chip on the bonnet and AC doesnt work but i didnt mind that. Unfortunatly got there and his standards and my standards were 2 different thing... BUT needless to say it was a minter and had all the right things in the right places that i would of done but dont have to now...

I wanted something different that i could play with and that hasnt been played out... So i bought this...

I am over the mooooooon with it, still giggle like a little girl when boost kicks in, awesome awesome AWESOME car, Forge gear, stage 1 Revo remap isnt too bad to start with, nice low milage example, good start for a new project me thinks

god damn i hope you still have the schmidts to put on this would be the first time i'd have seen a ibiza on them

So glad i didnt get a Mk 4 Golf, Ibizas i didnt really how light they are! Defo a hybrid on the cards, but not just yet, want to enjoy the car as it is for a while, I'm so content with it, it drives so smooth, gear changes are nice, handles like a dream and the power it gives out is just pure sex!

Ye they did BUT ill defently be buying another set for the Ibiza if not, I'm not sure what else id put on there, WRD mesh's are my fav's at the moment! I did get quite abit of change BUT with the insurance being so high i had to make a 'sensible' decision and put the money i had left over into the insurance!

I'm loving driving it at the moment and wont think about doing a thing for a while(at least a couple of weeks) Got a neck ache at the moment where i keep boosting it up then dumping it for absolutly no reason!

Cheers man, got 2 stages as I'm not made of money so going to have to be sensible with this one, 1st stage will be to save up to sort the chips and paint stuff out, at the same time i want to colour code the bumper strips and smooth the bit where the number plate goes, and i wanna clean that bay up loads more, get the inlet polished up and then the rest of the engine to be powder coated in black, going to spray the strut brace blue, the miltek exhaust is a beast! But doesnt look great so might change that! So alot of tidying up to do!

Second stage will be wheels (undecided yet) and a ICE BLUE re trim, going to try and source a Mk 5 Golf interior or just get a set of nice Recaro's.

If you get a Cupra its ready done mate, blew a VR out of the water last night was quality BUT a 20vt in a mk 2 would be power crazy, I'm not even sure itll be able to keep the power down unless you invested in TC and a LSD!

i ran 15" MO's on mine, no spacers on front!
