was quite easy to do, iam a newbie to all this just had ago with a little help from my girlfriends dad. would of help you put them on if you lived a little closer bud

i did it myself !! its easier if u buy new front top mounts cause u can unbolt old and bolt in new , and the rears are easy aswell !! there is a guide in DIY guides on www.uk-polos.co.uk

i iss my old rh cups...looks sweet buddy 8"s will work wonders!
