Car parts on ebay help

Hello all,

I have contacted someone on ebay regarding some headlamps. They said they would end the auction for an offer I put in, however, the only form of payment they will accept is postal order or cash (would accept cheque but its going to take too long to clear). No paypal.

Basically, I was just wondering if anyone know what I can do if it goes balls up and don't receive them, or they are not as described?

I thought it was dodgy at first but he has sold loads of £100/200/300+ items over the years and never accepted paypal!!
