hi this may sound like a very stupid ? i have a mk4 polo 3 door and when I'm driving above 40mph i get a wind sound coming from both my passenger and driver side door. is there a way to check if these are knackered or should i try readjusting the door?

i know this sounds silly but I'm a new driver
