how the hell do you change a lightbulb in a 2005 polo!

hey people its a while since I've been on here!!!

well I'm asking a favour again....

the driver side head light on my 2005 polo mk 6 has blown and needs replaceing and I'm loathed to take it to a dealer to do this!!

does any one know of a way to do it without removing the bumper like I've read....

if anyone has a step by step guide that would be awsome :)
