wow that is sooo cool i soo want tt clocks, asked for a quote for a wireing loom to fit one in my last car and i nearly passed out when they told me it was £400

£400 seems a bargain knowing whats involved in making them work! can you not see the wires in the other pic lol.

haha for me expecting it to be a couple of hundred it seemed dea, but this was w hile ago as i got offered a dash out of a tt and seeing what is actually involved i can understand the pricing now. :-)

I had a custom 1-off polished aluminium strut brace on my old 6n2 GTI.

Made by a precision engineer before they were available for them, it was stunning il try and find some piks.

Maybe for sale at the right price :-)

if that was orange, and wired into the indicators, it would be pimp!

soon i will be taking the LED's out and putting some orange or yellow in for the indicatore but i will also have more light to go on the car so it wont happen until i do the rest of them

White solitudes

This was an ipod holder - going to put a couple of gauges in instead when I get round to it...

For the 'nose out of joint' look, it's the custom grille (16v badge now painted white) and white mirrors to match the wheels. (passenger side used to have a sticker on the mirror glass which said 'objects in the mirror may appear to be losing', but now removed :( )

Oh, and those bumper leds were pretty one off too - 3 on each side were white ones linked to the sidelights, but the other 5 on each side were orange ones linked to the indicators.

Bit late i know but took some piks of it today, not bolted to the car thow but you get the idea :)

I've since metal polished it back up to get it spanking again :)

I think that looks EXTREMELY rude. What do your local law think to it? :-D You could always explain that, being the public spirited citizen you are, you just couldn't bear to have your exhaust discharging towards the pedestrians on the pavement!
