i had a chequed roof on my mk3 ( caused quite a lot of interest when i did it on here )

and i also had a custom painted petrol cap i did myself

mk4 golf cubby hole in tape deck position

custom painted needles for speedo by me

I like that roof ^

i got red needles of an ibiza gti on my dials , just saved me painting existing ones !!

i like the chequered roof is really nice

Bonnet indent smoothed with badge still in place & the bumpers i suppose, since they aren't like everyone else's smooth bumpers

Had to chop a bit of the badge surrounding plastic which is part of the grill, done it neatly though first time :-)

Bit of a silly mod, but I installed Volvo horns at the weekend (blog post):

The low horn is playing up a bit but when it works they sound quite sexual. Still haven't had a reason to use them :(
