MK3 Golf Turbo Diesel for sale / swap

Amazing what £300 gets you these days! In this case you can have my MK3 Golf GL turbo diesel.

Good points:

Its MOT'ed til 3/05/08

taxed til 1/05/08

Is good and solid, few surface rust scabs and scratches but otherwise fine.

Has a full GTI interior in black (incl steering wheel).

Original GTI smoked rear lights and matching side repeaters.

Its a GL so comes with

front and rear electric windows

electric mirrors

electric sunroof

tilt steering column etc etc

Also is wearing a set of 15" oz racing alloys with good tyres (one was brand new two weeks ago).

Milage is 147k with some service history.

A nearly full tank of diesel!!!

Bad points

will probably need a new engine Bottom pulley has come loose chucking the drive belt and power steering belts off. The came belt is still attached and has some tension, engine was stopped immediately but i cannot garauntee that its not jumped a tooth etc.

In fact i've not touched it since the RAC dropped me off so i'm not even sure if the bolt has come loose, sheared or the pulley itself is broken. I've got no time or space to work on it (its parked on the street) and it'll stay there til its towed away.

Tis easily worth the money in spares, i'll chuck in the original lights and some clear front indicators too! So either cash the tax in and break it (its too good for that really) have a go at fixing the pulley situation and you'll get a good car for peanuts, or grab another engine (AAZ) and in a weekend you'll be laughing cos it'll still be dirt cheap!

My loss is your gain, i'm truely gutted about this one as it was uber reliable and economical and has been all over the place with us.

WILL SWAP / PX FOR A CHEAP RUNNING CAR!! MK2 GOLF, PASSAT, POLO ANYTHING REALLY! COULD PUT SOME CASH INTO THE DEAL TOO!

For extra ££ i'll leave the alpine cd head unit in, the 4 upgraded custom door speakers and the amp wiring kit!

Located in Enfield North London just off the M25 Jnc 24 or 25.
