Mine are 16 x 7.5 Keskin KT5's all round and a 75mm drop iirc. No spacers needed and i still get full lock, also absolutely no scrubbage as i like to give it some in the twistys so wanted it to be practical aswell, but it still looks nice imo and is still pretty damn low.

My car is standard height i have a set of 16's to put on would i be ok with 195/45/16 on 7's as it is standard height?

Offset is 38 aprox
