So technically you can tow a car on a transporter on a category B. This doesn't mean you'll be pulling it with your polo though, the lighter car transporters weigh about 750kg, plus car = about 2 tonnes.

then you have issues with vehicle towing weight limits etc.

poo.... I've towed my mates punto sporting each time it kills the gearbox/drive shafts/clutch.done this about 6 times now and been past police,even got stopped once because dumbass in the punto had no belt on nothing was sead and I'm only 18....

also depends who pulls you up.traffic cops are more likely to know the full rules and regs....
