Not sure....very different to what I'm used to :?

lookin good my main man.

FMIC? feel any difference? think you should put some mesh in there though to match the rest of the grilles. looks good mate

thats the whole point, i do it because I like it, not cos every one else does it.

opinions welcome.

cheers dude, the trims going back on tomorra

is this just for looks?

FMIC? feel any difference?

lol, there's no difference because it's not plumbed in yet!

I think it looks naughty and should help boost temperature because of how crappy the standard cooler is. GTI lower grilles FTW! :-p

its a turboed GTi? cool

is this just for looks?

lol, it's getting plumbed in. The standard cooler was damaged and after a trip to our local VW specialist, he advised us that a FMIC would be cheaper and more effective as a replacement. Win Win situation.

Sorry what engine is in this?

its a turboed GTi? cool

looks like a DERV?

How funny not to plumb it in lol.

tdi ftw

tis a diesel. fits well imo. looks good. just need to plumb the slag in now.

it's a 1.4 tdi

The reason it wasn't plumbed in at the time was that it was getting late and burna had to be in soon or else he'd get grounded.

pussy whipped!

looks sweet mate!!

its a 1.4 TDI, as panda stated my current standard one is shot so this came along very cheap.

going to the scrappy the mora for some boost pipes off anything that looks like i can use. when I'm finished it will all cost me under £100, supplyed & fitted.

it took under a hour to fit and i didnt plumb it straight in untill it was going to fit ok, I'm not expecting power gains, i just think it looks good, the GTI turbo look was what i wanted.

So thats not gunna be covered up by another grille? Looks daft if so...

Looks smart mate and the GTi look is a good touch on a diesel, it's good to see dubbers being different

i quite like it its enough to look good but not stupid like these chavvy modded cars that have ridiculously big ic's out the front or stupid grill mods where the whole front is missing

cheers man! this is exactly what i want to create, a look away from the usual "scene", whilst keepin it "dub"

I'm going to try the GTI grill back over tomorrow, il update pics when its running.

would look betta with the grill mesh back in i think pal :)

pandas a dead man! i wonder if i should tell people about the ladyboy handjob he received in amsterdam after one too many space cakes..........................

the cooler never got plumbed in as i never had intercooler pipes ready. it IS getting set up, along with a re-map, straight through exhaust and few other bits and bobs. should be healthy when its all sorted

Do tell! Lol

would look more subtle black, too garish for me, but fits sweet
