I think the interior needs alot more work for those porka seats to fit in... i think there's a belgian mk4 polo that i've seen with everything trimmed

if the seats were loose who ever had the car should have noticed and checked them before it got to the stage of fatigue and the whole lot pulling through

Yer there next on the list. Gettin the 8v bits in the door cards trimmed to the same colour as the seats and other little bits. might even change the colour all together. haven't decided yet!

in all fairness the seats would have been fine and safe for a while ... but as they were bolted to a thin piece of metal after some time of bouncing along the road the metal floorpan would of and did fatigue..... hence why the bolt's pulled out!!!! i'll pop the pics of the floorpan up later but its fairly hideous!!!

What if you had an accident though, how well would the floor pan have stood up then?

Those red leather seats in the above picture are lush!

Thats why we had to get the old seats out. When I used to pull away if the passenger wasnt holding onto the door the seat would tip right back. God knows what would have happened in a crash. Porsche seats are propely welded and bolted in and wont move in a crash!

well to be honest proberly not that safe in a crash! but a damn site better than having to hold on for fear of the seat tipping completly back!!! like they were..... hmm..... danny's plans for the car are sweet is going to look very gtood when its done ...... engine included!

i know Dave (test richie) he would never have let them seats get to an unsafe level, dont forget it was owned by someone else before you and after dave so surely that person is responsable for checking the safety of them. if you knew they were dangerous then a) why did you buy the car and b) keep driving it like it. so stop bitching at other peoples work and get on with a retrim to make them look like they are meant to belong in that car.

Saw this in the car park at ultimate dubs, i only recognised it by the numberplate...it doesn't look like a show car anymore that's for sure...tatty.

Second to that, looked gawping.

I didn't see it so can't comment, sounds a shame tho.

So the seats were just magically bolted through the floor plan ? tbh, the teledials what made the car a show car, it changes the look of it. Remember before the teledials it was on ATS classics, and then it didn't look like a show car. same bodymods, just different wheels!

The seats are sweet but they do look so lost in there, nearly enough space for a 3rd in the middle!!
