Just to let you all know about our K AND M ACOUSTICS SPL comp on the 30th march at the Liquid cars launch party.

This is a car show being held at Bowlers exhibition center in manchester..

It is £1 to enter the show but FREE to enter the comp.

can and will do much more than it did last year but although i hope to have the new subs in don't think i'll have the amps in but will have a couple of borrowed amps to compete with :)

The mini is over 105 decibels one meter from the exhaust. induction noise was around 100db :(

I've got a sound level meter that i pinched from work.

No stereo however, so not sure i can qualify for this contest.

lol my front components can hit 130db plus :)

but that won't register on the meter as it's not below 80hz

it's extremely uncomfortable trust me loud highs aren't good

i just hope it will have the subs in at least as there on there way from the u.s. as we speak it's just how long till there in the country and cleared customs and then i can get them and fit them

tune up night mate on thurs 13th 4 till 8 pm .see what it does then then you have time sort it or just nip down anyway your not far away. see you all there

if some of the big boys are playing they should be able to scope it for you, otherwise when u burp roll the volume up and when your score stops going up you'v reached max output and will start clipping then

i wont be able to go to this one

will be going next year tho to compete

i should have subs but they will be running off 1500 rms for the lot :( as i'm borrowing 2 amps

but when my amps arrive i will have all 8 subs running off 1500 rms each :)
