Totally original with original features.

Cannot stress how original this car is, its really hard to find such an example these days.

Low mileage for the year (111,000) which is nothing on these reliable CVH 1.6 engines.

I think the coil maybe uprated, not sure though.

Interior very good condition just needs a clean due to being sat.

Comes with the original ford stereo and original pepper pot wheels.

Bad points

No Tax/MOT

Body corrosion,

- Drivers sill rusted

- Bonnet rusted and curled up on corner

- Boot lid rusted

- Other bits of rust around the car

Don’t let this put you off though, its an old car at the end of the day, and it has been looked after over the years, and this reflects on the minimal corrosion that has taken place.

Pictures have been taken to show how bad the corrosion is, viewing is recommended before bidding so you know what your buying.

The car is supplied with a new battery tray (unfitted) as the other one has perished.

Battery is dead, but starts up easily of a bump/jump start.

NO MOT OR TAX, been standing for 1 year, therefore the body sits to one side a little bit.

I should imagine its needs very few things for an MOT, I am no mechanic but I think it will only need a sill a few bulbs and other little bits.

Get an original classic back on the road or even restore it to its former glory.

This car needs to be moved by Saturday 15th feb as my granddad needs the space back on his drive.

The car really needs to go to a loving home/enthusiast and be restored with some TLC, you wont find a better one at this price!

Car located in ASHTON UNDER LYNE, and will need to be towed unless you want to drive with no tax/mot – the car can be driven, this is your choice.

if anyone is intrested in buying this, i have sat at home,

2 new front wings

2 complete sills

2 1/4 panels (under window downwards)

will do them cheap, as no longer needed!

also have more mk2 parts, so this project might be more appealing for someone :)
