I used to do that easily a year or so ago when I was with the ex. To work and back everyday was a 75-80 mile round trip and then to hers and back was another 80 odd miles. I spent a fortune in petrol though haha.

If that Honda has done 790,000 miles it would be interesting to know how much petrol it has consumed over the years

i think its easily possible. i did nearly 40k last year and i only live 3 miles from my work

That's nothing compared to the Volvo P1800 which has done 2.4 million (i think) miles, and has only had one engine rebuild.
