Where do people buy there no. plates from?

This website looks good http://www.german-number-plates.com/ £28 seems okay too for both plates, i cant be arsed going for the german ones (D band) but are they legal if they say GB? Just read that these style plates are too reflective?

So whats the deal? Can you actually have the pressed plates with the GB?
