Get a back bumper, but keep it coded. Vinyl dye FTW. While you're at it, spray the grill and the mirrors white, put a black VW badge in the grill, and clear indicators (about £5 the pair from GSF).

refurb the wheels, slam it, roll cage, bucket seats,4 point harneses, it would be a bit diffrent

yeh I'm gettin the pressed plates for sure. and I'm on the look out for wheels anyway.

i reken back bumper back on, sprayed white, like front one, then red trim tape on the bumpers....also agree on all red rear lights....wait for the crazy idea....rims: ..... outer edge red ! inner part polished !!! or maybe white? nah polished i reken look better.

As in.. bumpers and arch trims? Yes.. if you do then you could try and get the CL chrome trimmed bumpers (or you could pirate brew some up yourself ).

.. on the other hand you could keep the bumpers white and coax the trim out (two clips at the end of the trim inside the bumper, just need some careful persuasion and then a bit of care with a small flat screwdriver to remove the trim from the bumper, you could then maybe use some plastic primer and a can of red paint to dapper up the old bumper trim.

I agree with Heartagram on the rear lights all red. It does look good.. que a piccy of Phil J's Lhasa (sp?) green Coupe S @ Polo show '07 anybody?..

Maybe a single headlamp grill (again options on chrome or red pin-stripes)? and poss clear indicators in the bumper!?

If your keeping the aerial get some fun for it.. go on!.. or you could delete it with a rubber gromit.

Does the rear window wiper work?

Maybe delete that also?

... loads of "cheap" options to change the cars appearance. Mirrors, Door handles.. etc, etc..

Or you could just buy a sub frame and a save up for a "donor" car
