Yes you can, but when you pass if you get 1 more point you will have your licence revoked and have to do a resit test.

Actually come to think of it I seem to remember you saying a while back you used to drive around with no licence/insurance. If thats why you got the points I'm mighty glad you got them

if you got that many points with a provisional i wonder how long u will last after u pass you are test if any examiner decides to pass you

When you get 6points in your 1st 2years you have you licence revoked. Do a retest get your licence and your allowed upto 12points.

I found out coz I had mine revoked and got it back with 6points, got done for speeding and thought that was bye bye licence. But no I now have 9points (but do have 3coming off in August)

The main thing is you have served your bans and your not gonna do it again. People are gonna get pissy with you coz at the end of the day we ALL pay rediculous prices for car insurance!

I am looking at easily over a grand in insurance on a 1.0l polo at the age of 20.

I must be adament i was unaware felow clupolo members that my insuirance and licence were invalid.

There is a story behind it all which has been told on seprate threads ..

i had a 6 month ban for no insurance and a £250 fine and for totting up i got 3 months to run concurrent with the 6 month ban

fair play mate, this is how punishment should work imo... misbehave - get punished - see the error of your ways - do some thing about it.

yep, we all do stupid things, some more stupid than others, but your clearly trying to get a licence and to it properly now. fair play.
