Crankcase breather in, then vent to air via a mini-filter (for your health and for the MOT)

It fills up depending on the air temperature and other stuff - short journeys in winter will fill it up quicker than in summer, as it catches the expulsed condensation in the engine.

so would it not be better to have it near the grill so its colder and condenses more?

I have mine coming from crankcase to catch tank back to air filter housing

That way under the bonet doesnt fill with fumes and get sucked into my air vents

How would you go about this on the 1.3 CL coupe, cant remeber the engine code, MK2F/MK3 1992 the one with the pancake filter.

Yea same, I hated the smell of oil fumes lol so they go back into the engine now

doesnt add performance to your car then no? just makes it more reliable and safe ?? would any oil catch tankfit a mk4 6n 8v or do you need a specific one? how do you fitt them?

It does add performance to the car but it is not noticeable on any normal non-turbo/SC polo engine.

It certainly doesn't take away performance.
