this is sort of a guaging intrest post....

bassically i just bought a 1.4l 6n as a runabout which i planned to "rat" and slam on it arse as a cheaper runner....however I'm planning to get a car for autotesting/grass track use that is road legal so i can drive it to and from events....unfortunetly the 1.4 polo doesnt meet the requirement as its not revvy enough for my liking and nor do i think it would handle terribley well in a field/tight course

standard car apart from a DIY satin black respray (not a bad job but a few runs/little reactions)

tax till september

the car runs well,it will require an exhust manifold gasket as it is blowing but other than that it is a good wee car,the body work is straight and there isnt that much rust (just a few of the normal polo scabs)

i dont have pics atm....i could send some via my phone if anyone is intrested

ideally id like a swap for a "hot" nova/corsa,or something jap like a civic/starlet/swift etc...I'm also considering small rovers....bassically anything small/light and "nippy"

no offense mate you probably will have to part with a fair bit of cash aswell as a swap for somthing 'hot'

by "hot" i mean a rusty beat up nova sr/xr2....I'm not actually looking for something special....hence why it was in inverted brackets.....i dont class these sort of cars as hot.....with most of my every day "hot hatchs" putting out twice the power of most of these cars....
