what is happenin guys, just a quick update now I've had the new alloys fitted, and what a ball ache theyve been! damn! i dont know how many people have fitted 15inch rims with offset of 13 on a mk3 with 40mm drop but its tough.

Ended up rolling the rear arches (DIY jobbie) but everytime i booted it the back end would squat down n literally shred the tyres, even driving over a peble would cause the rear tyres up into the arches n givin a nasty scraping.

so ended up taking it to down attleborough industrial to see the man ricky saund who cut away the arches rivetted em back n sealed em, now she rides so sweet n u cudnt even tell its had work done to it. front aint too bad only scrap when braking hard. anyway heres sum pics lemme know what u think.

before, with the chav wheels...

and afta

Very nice!! I'm pretty sure I seen those wheels on a Corsa van on this forum and commented that they would look sweet on a Polo!! You clearly proved I was right! :)

100 times better than the old ones 8-)

agreed

looks awesome

300bhp gt?

Car looks way better now, just a little bemused by why you continued to fit wheels with a very unfriendly offset / size to mk3's.

Some skinnier tyres may have helped too but props for getting there in the end.
