6 points within 2 years?

Featured Replies

Ok so if a freind got 6points within two years then get summoned to court does this mean he will get a ban as well as needing a retest or just full retest?

Thanks

Thanks for that link really useful lets hope they still do that.

yeah, i got caught speeding 3 times in 2 years.

I got £60 fine + 3 points for each time i got caught.

so i had 9 points in total. I got my licence took away and received a letter saying it had been revoked and i have to apply for a provisional and provisional rules apply untill i pass my theory and practical blah blah.

hope this helps.

so yer ban

He wont get a ban as such ..

He will have his licence revoked and have to take his theory test and practical test again .

Happend to me .. I'm sure he wont be speeding once he gets back on the orad .

Wont be feeling his insurance premiums either unfotinatly .

I had 6 points on my provisional from my motorbike days and done my car test with 6 points on my licence.

6 points in 2 years - licence revoked and you start from scratch, theory and practical tests. So now ban.

Trick is to not get 6 points
